    This course can be taken on its own or as part of a full program. This course is included in the Office and Windows Productivity Software Program, which is designed to help you build deeper expertise and earn the complete credential.

    Mail and calendar applications are essential productivity tools for both business and education. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of using mail and calendar apps to stay organized and productive in the workplace. You'll explore how to send, sort, store, and search emails, as well as how to add and share calendars. Plus, you will learn how to keep your emails secure and confidential, manage contacts, and organize meetings.

    Additionally, youll apply what you learn through a series of hands-on labs for practical experience. After completing the labs, youll take a graded assessment to demonstrate your skills with mail and calendar apps. The course uses Microsoft Outlook for the web for demonstrations. However, the skills you gain can be applied to other tools, such as the desktop version of Outlook, Google Mail, and Google Calendar.

    Overall, this course is ideal for beginners who want to improve their efficiency and productivity at work. By the end of this course, youll be prepared to handle emails, calendars, and meetings in an office setting.

    This course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined learning path.

    It is a self-paced course, which means it is not run to a fixed schedule with regard to completing modules or submitting assignments. To give you an idea of how long the course takes to complete, it is anticipated that if you work 2-3 hours per week, you will complete the course in 4 weeks. However, as long as the course is completed before the end date, you can work at your own pace.

    The materials for each module will become available when you start the particular module. Methods of learning and assessment will include videos, reading material, and online exams questions.

    Once you have successfully completed the course, you will earn your Certificate of Completion.

    By the end of this course, you will be able to:
