Yes! We provided a dedicated discussion space for each course. So, you’re always able to chat with your peers, ask questions, connect with your mentor, and discuss interesting topics.
You can contact your mentor at any time through the discussion space we provide for your course. They will respond promptly! However, please understand that this will be primarily during the working hours of their day.
This will depend on the course or program that you’re taking. Of course, on applicable programs 1-to-1 mentoring sessions are scheduled regularly, but you can always reach out for support whenever you need to. Our mentors like to keep communication open to ensure you stay motivated and on track.
When you enroll, we take the time to match you with a mentor based on your learning goals and personal learning needs. We’ll ensure they’re an expert in your chosen fields and can offer you the support that works for you.
Mentoring is an ongoing relationship where your mentor provides personalized guidance throughout the program. Feedback is a specific aspect of this relationship that you’ll receive from your mentor to help you improve quickly.
You’ll get the most out of your mentoring sessions if you come prepared with questions and ready to discuss the challenges you’re facing. Be open to advice and actively seek opportunities to apply what you’ve learned. Regular check-ins are key to your success!
