There are no pre-requisites for AZ-900 training.

AZ-900 certification is ideally suited to individuals who are new to Azure or cloud computing. It is a fundamental level course that prepares you for taking Associate level courses in the future. For example: Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, and more.

The fee for the exam is paid to Microsoft when you register with them for your exam.

If you sign up with SkillUp Online, our Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) will walk you through all the modules as per the Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC).

Starting June 2021, role-based and specialty certificates will expire after one year — not two. Certificates earned before June 2021 will stay valid for two years from the date they were earned and are eligible for the new renewal process.

Microsoft will retire certifications from time to time, however, and you may also find exam numbers evolve over time as Microsoft changes the curriculum.

The renewal window begins six months before your certificate expires. During this window before your certificate expires, you can take a free online assessment at Microsoft Learn and get the certificate extended by one additional year from the current expiration date.
