AZ-120: Planning and Administering Microsoft Azure for SAP Workloads is a four-day advanced-level course for IT Professionals working in SAP solutions. This course teaches how to plan and implement the migration and operation of a SAP solution on Azure.
You will learn the basics of Azure for SAP workloads, SAP-certified configurations, architectures for SAP S4 HANA on Azure VMs, and SAP NetWeaver with AnyDB. You will explore Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) with Azure compute, storage, networking, and databases. You will develop an understanding of identity and governance and Azure remote management, including the implementation of Linux and Windows clustering on Azure VMs. And you will deploy SAP on Azure and learn about VMs running Windows and Linux.
Additionally, you will learn how to implement disaster recovery and ensure business continuity for SAP solutions on Azure. You will develop your understanding of the migration of SAP workloads and the configuration of Azure Enhanced Monitoring Extension for SAP. And you will explore SAP HANA on Azure (Large Instances), foundation architecture, planning considerations, high availability, business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup.
On passing the AZ-120 exam, you will be Microsoft Certified: Azure for SAP Workloads Speciality. Entry for the exam is not included. However, you will get a clear overview of the Microsoft certification process, tips and tricks, testing strategies, practice questions, and valuable information to help you pass the exam successfully.
This course comprises eight purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined learning journey.
It is an instructor-led course which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features live sessions that are aired at a set time. You will, however, have time to complete certain activities at your own pace outside of the live sessions.
