MB-910 is a one-day, beginner level course designed specifically for IT professionals, business stakeholders and others who want to be exposed to the customer engagement capabilities of Dynamics 365.

In this course, you will learn the basic concepts of customer engagement and explore the similarities between the customer engagement apps. You will be introduced to Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 customer service. You will gain insight into standard field service business processes through Dynamics 365 Field Service. Plus, you will learn about the customer engagement aspects of Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

Overall, this course will prepare you for taking the MB-910 certification exam. This course will also give you the base you need to consider other role-based courses and certifications. Entry for the exam is not included. However, you will get a clear overview of the Microsoft certification process, plus you will get lessons, tips, and useful information.

This course comprises five purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined learning journey.

It is an instructor-led course which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features live sessions that are aired at a set time. You will, however, have time to complete certain activities at your own pace outside of the live sessions.

The materials for each module are accessible from the start of the course and will remain available for the duration of your enrollment. Methods of learning and assessment will include reading material, hands-on labs, and online exam questions.
