Successful completion of the course will allow you to establish exceptional trust and teamwork while resolving team conflict. Leading Teams for Organizational Success is an instructor-led course that runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and end dates. There will be instructor-led workshops, and you will need to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments on your own time. However, we provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues, outside of the online classes.
