He also led the product launch of Microsoft official courses on-demand. In the last 5 years, he has built the SkillUp Group to become an industry leader in the educational/consulting space.

Ratan Deep Singh is part of the leadership team and minority shareholder at Skill-Up. He is an energetic business leader with a deep technical background. At United Health Group, he led various large global technology groups and established 25+ tech teams/businesses across locations. He was also instrumental in establishing course mentoring and program management services for Microsoft and IBM learning programs. As CEO, he has played a critical role in the setting up, launching, and scaling of SkillUp Online.

Harpreet is a strategy and product innovation leader with 20+ years’ experience in multiple sectors, including e-learning, fintech, eCommerce, social networks, and entertainment. She has delivered successful product experiences across all customer touchpoints, from desktop, to mobile apps and television. She believes a human-centered design approach should be combined with data-driven decisions, and is leading SkillUp Online’s product and marketing strategy through Agile practices and scalable solutions.

Rupinder has 15+ years’ experience in software and product development, tech design, customization, and integration. She has expertise in a wide array of coding languages and is well versed with various authentication protocols. Her software development, scoping, and feasibility analysis skills are key to the successful custom development and integrations with customer applications. She leads the design and development of project solutions for SkillUp Group.

Mark has a PhD in Psychology. He has 35+ years’ experience in the higher education industry, and has been a Director, Dean, Vice President and acting President for universities and companies, including Blackboard and Microsoft. He also developed the first US BA degree to be offered entirely online. At SkillUp, he helps with strategic academic planning and implementing future technologies such as the metaverse and adaptive learning systems.

Ben spent 25+ years as a manager, director, and consultant in the IT industry, working for IBM, Word Perfect, Novell, and Attachmate. He also spent 22 years at Microsoft managing individual contributors and people managers. As the Director of Human Skills, Ben is focused on leadership development and the creation/delivery of training in human skills, and is now delivering instructor-led workshops in the metaverse.

Govind has 15+ years’ experience in the education industry and has worked for key players, including Jetking Infotrain Limited and Yes Bank. He brings industry-leading expertise in designing and innovating the training methodology for virtual instructor-led training and hybrid learning. He has worked on research, ideation, and product management, and has conceptualized, built, and launched e-Learning platforms (e.g. Flexijoy) that incorporate AI integration for personalized learning, micro-learning, and gamification.
