During this course you will explore how to build a collaborative team. You will learn how to create an environment that fosters teamwork, and you will come to understand how to address team conflicts. You will be introduced to the 4 phases of team development; forming, storming, norming, and performing. You will learn about effective communication and listening and how to run effective team meetings. Plus, you will look at how to create cohesion with remote employees using collaboration and virtual meeting tools.
This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.
It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.
As part of our mentoring service you will have access to valuable guidance and support throughout the course. We provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues.Your Certificate of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished the course.
