In this Certified Product Management Program, you’ll build end-to-end expertise across the product lifecycle. From defining a product vision and analyzing market opportunities to developing, launching, and retiring products—you’ll gain the practical tools and frameworks to lead at every stage. You’ll apply methods like SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and Kotler’s Five Levels of Product to shape strategy and assess opportunities.
Through hands-on labs and case-based projects, you’ll work with Product Concept Documents, Market Requirement Documents, and business cases.
