Learn how to build your catalog of stories and weave them into your messaging to drive powerful and compelling presentations.
Storytelling is a powerful presentation and leadership tool. Stories build rapport and connection in a way that facts and information do not. This course provides presenters and leaders with the skills to create powerful and compelling presentations that attendees will remember and take action on.
During the course you will learn how to identify your audience and create a unique value proposition. You’ll play around with creating metaphors and come to understand the roadblocks in your brain. You will also discover how to arouse your audience’s interest, get their attention, and compel them to take action as a result of your presentation.
You will explore how to present meaningful data to support your messages, as well as how to present analysis and details. Plus, you will learn how to close with your tagline and conclude your messaging.
Throughout the whole course you will be planning, preparing, and creating a presentation. At the final workshop, you will present your work and receive feedback from your peers and the instructor.
This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.
It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.
As part of our mentoring service you will have access to valuable guidance and support throughout the course. We provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues.
Your Certificate of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished the course.
