MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service is a three-day, intermediate level course that prepares you for the role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service functional consultant.In this role, you implement solutions that manage resources that complete the field service lifecycle. To get the most out of this course, it's recommended you have experience of delivering field service solutions for large-scale customers.

During this course, you will be introduced to the key concepts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and learn how to configure the app and bookable resources. You will learn how to configure and schedule crews, facilities, and resource pools. You will explore work orders, inventory, warehouse management, incident types and inspections. You will practice deploying resource scheduling optimization (RSO), customizing the schedule board, and dispatching work orders accordingly. Plus, you will customize and configure the Field Service mobile app and integrate Remote Assist.

You will work with Connected Field Service to create work orders from IoT data. Plus, you will learn how to use Microsoft Power Platform to create custom apps and collect customer feedback to enhance your field service solutions.

Overall, this course will prepare you for taking the MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant exam. Entry for these exams is not included. However, you will get a clear overview of the Microsoft certification process, plus you will get the tips and tricks, testing strategies, practice questions and useful information to help you pass the exam successfully.

This course comprises 7 purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined learning journey.
