In the modern organization, though teams are responsible for most of the work, teamwork results are often sporadic and off-target. In many instances, teams are constructed and staffed poorly, which results in breakdowns, dysfunction, conflict, and lack of motivation. This leads many teams to fail to perform to the desired and needed potential. Plus, they routinely suffer from other issues, such as duplication of effort amongst team members and producing end results that don’t align to the team charter.

In this course you will learn how to motivate and lead a strong team to achieve and exceed organizational goals. You will develop skills to increase teamwork and collaboration, and drive consistent team performance. You will acquire the knowledge to establish clear team roles and manage timely decision-making that builds the foundation for team success. This course will also help you manage difficult situations such as resolving team conflict and building team trust.


This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.

It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.

As part of our mentoring service you will have access to valuable guidance and support throughout the course. We provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues.

Your Certificate of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished the course.
