With that understanding, one can build quality relationships and make effective decisions in the workplace. Every aspect of your life is impacted by EI. This course is designed for anyone looking to conduct a more meaningful, happier, and balanced life.

Your EI is your ability to join your feelings and thinking together to build powerful relationships and make meaningful decisions. It allows the individual to conduct themselves in the moment to meet emotional needs through a deliberate choice. This ability creates the foundation of being able to lead a rich and rewarding life. This course will teach you how emotional intelligence is different from cognitive intelligence (IQ) and offers insights and learning to create a more productive workplace.

This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.

It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.

As part of our mentoring service you will have access to valuable guidance and support throughout the course. We provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues.

Your Certificate of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished the course.
