You will be introduced to critical communication skills and consider the psychology of inclusiveness. Plus, you will learn how to prepare for and conduct difficult conversations, and you will role play common issues.
You will then investigate the current culture in your organization and identify the gaps between your existing and desired culture. You will consider how to manage the culture and diversity in your organization and at a team level. And you will explore how to make the necessary change in your organization and get everyone on board.
Overall, this course focuses on providing your organization’s leaders and managers with the skills needed to build, deploy, and sustain a powerful culture of diversity and inclusion. After completing this course, you will have empowered your leaders and managers to create a culture in which your organization will thrive.
This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.
It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.
As part of our mentoring service you will have access to valuable guidance and support throughout the course. We provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues.Your Certificate of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished the course.

Diversity and Inclusion for Leaders and Managers is an instructor-led, four-week virtual online course. There is course work that you will be required to complete on your own time. There are four separate instructor-led workshop events spread out across the course. During these working sessions, you will be able to interact with the instructor and other learners. Whiteboard sessions, polling questions, workbook reviews, assessment reviews, and other activities are used to enforce material discussed in these live sessions. The workshops are set on specific dates and times. It will be your responsibility to attend these events, they will only be offered once and will not be repeated.
