During this course you will be introduced to the concepts of creativity and innovation and consider the roadblocks we have in our brains. You will investigate various types of innovation and learn about the process of innovation. You will learn techniques for generating ideas and discover how to break out of old thought processes. Plus, you will look at the conditions of an innovative workplace and assess the roles and responsibilities required.

This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.
It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.
