In a business environment, whenever people interact and work together, there is bound to be conflict. This course will provide both individual contributors and managers with a conflict resolution process that can be used to resolve conflict, friction, and disputes of all sizes. Participants will learn critical conflict management skills with a focus on dealing with anger, unhealthy competition, job stress, and employee isolation.

If not addressed, simple conflicts can grow and create a significant negative impact on the business climate and productivity. These impacts can include loss of employee productivity, absenteeism, attrition, and even litigation. This course takes a head-on approach to discover, understand, and diffuse these workplace conflicts before they become problematic. In the process, the team and organizational health will increase, and a cooperative and powerful workplace climate will be established.

This career-changing course comprises four purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined development path.

It is an instructor-led program which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features eight hours of instructor-led workshops through Microsoft Teams. You will, however, have time to complete an additional four hours of homework assignments in your own time outside of the live sessions.

As part of our mentoring service you will have access to valuable guidance and support throughout the course. We provide a dedicated discussion space where you can ask questions, chat with your peers, and resolve issues.

Your Certificate of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished the course.
