MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing is a four-day, intermediate level course that prepares you for the role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing functional consultant. In this role, you implement solutions that attract and convert leads, build brand awareness, standardize omnichannel messaging, and deliver marketing insights. To get the most out of this course, basic knowledge of marketing principles and the Dynamics 365 platform is required. Having experience of Power Platform, particularly with respect to model-driven applications, is an advantage.

During this course, you will learn how to set up and manage a Dynamics 365 Marketing application with an asset library, and configure domain authentication. You will explore account-based marketing and learn to configure a lead scoring model, create marketing pages and forms, and embed forms on those pages. You will extend your knowledge of creating a customer journey, promoting events/webinars, setting event triggers, and configuring redirect URLs. You will demonstrate how to create and distribute surveys with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. You will learn about managing and reviewing your marketing calendar. Plus, you will explore using the insights functionality to view and analyze data related to your marketing initiatives.

Overall, this course will prepare you for taking the MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant certification exam. Entry for these exams is not included. However, you will get a clear overview of the Microsoft certification process, plus you will get the tips and tricks, testing strategies, practice questions and useful information to help you pass the exam successfully.

This course comprises 8 purposely designed modules that take you on a carefully defined learning journey.

It is an instructor-led course which runs to a fixed schedule, with set start and finish dates. It is driven forward by your instructor and features live sessions that are aired at a set time. You will, however, have time to complete certain activities at your own pace outside of the live sessions.

The materials for each module are accessible from the start of the course and will remain available for the duration of your enrollment. Methods of learning and assessment will include reading material, hands-on labs, and online exam questions.
