MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a one-day, intermediate level course that prepares professionals in sales for the role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant. This training enables you to implement solutions that support a sales life cycle to meet targets, automate best practices, and learn from data. To get the most out of this course, you must be familiar with business applications and be looking to customize and implement those applications for your business growth.

During this course, you will learn how to install and configure a sales application, as well as identify common sales scenarios. You will explore how to create customer records, manage leads, add quotes, and complete sales orders. Plus, you will build your understanding of how to manage a product catalog, define sales metrics, and track individual and team goals with Dynamics 365 Sales.

Additionally, you will extend your knowledge of configuring charts and dashboards to view sales data. You will learn how to analyze data using Power BI and Power BI template apps. You will explore the D365 Sales Insights feature to configure productivity intelligence, connection insights, and predictive models. Plus, you will learn how to create and send Dynamics 365 Customer Voice surveys using multiple modalities.

Overall, this course will prepare you for taking the MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant exam. Entry for these exams is not included.
